Meet the Director of Dining Services
Mark Edgar joined Morrison Community Living in February, 2018. He brings 33 years of Food Service Management experience to Redstone Highlands. Mark is a 1986 graduate of Indiana University of PA with a BS in Food Service Management and minor in business. He has a vast background in the industry to include college and university dining, hotel and restaurant management, catering operations and corporate dining.
Mark enjoys most all outdoor activities, sports and spending time with his family. He is from Indiana, Pa. Married 32 year with 3 boys that all live in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
Meet the Assistant Director
I was born and raised in Greenville, PA. Graduated from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in Downtown Pittsburgh 1989. Worked as a Chef at Conewango Valley Country Club in Warren, PA from 1989 to 1991. 1991 to 2004 worked as a Restaurant Chef for Trump Marina Atlantic City, NJ. 2004 to 2008 Owner and Chef of Private Restaurant in Tuckerton, NJ. 2008 to 2018 Executive Chef of Saint Vincent College Latrobe, PA.
Meet the Dietitian
Deb Nicolosi is from Harrison City, PA. She went to the University of Pittsburgh and obtained her BS in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition in 1994. She also has been a Certified Diabetes Educator since 2004. She has moved around a lot and has worked in North Carolina, Maryland and New York. Most recently, she worked at UPMC prior to joining Morrison at Redstone. She has been married to James for 15 years and has 2 children, Tessa - 12 years old, and Ben – 7 years old, a cat named Sammy and a dog named Rosie. Her and her family currently live in Export and they enjoy swimming, biking and hiking.
